Rights and Permissions

Notice: Rights & Permissions Update as of March 24, 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented unprecedented challenges in ways we could never have imagined. At this time when schools are forced to close due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Pearson K12 Learning stands ready to support our customers in the use of our learning materials for remote learning purposes. We recognize that teachers, schools, and districts face enormous challenges in keeping learning and teaching going under these circumstances. Our priority is to help our customers access the content they need to meet their remote instructional goals.

Current Pearson K12 Learning customers are authorized to use purchased learning materials in any media or format that support their remote instruction needs for their students, through June 30, 2020.

Pearson K12 Learning content may be reproduced for limited distribution or delivered through online instruction tools and platforms, including audio and video recordings of lessons to be transmitted through television. Once students are back in the classroom we require that all Pearson K12 Learning content be removed from private learning systems, tools and platforms.

This authorization does not require any further documentation by Pearson K12 Learning.
