Glen Schuster, M.S., is U.S. Satellite's Founder and President and a leading Scientist Educator having served as principal investigator on a number of large federal awards. With a background in meteorology and as a master trainer serving educators across the globe, Glen directs work to transform traditional classrooms into working science, mathematics, and technology laboratories. These are places where authentic STEM content, data, and practices live and are learned in various contexts, places where math and science test scores increase, and students develop skills to be competitive in tomorrow's workplace.
Meghan Marrero, Ed.D. Professor and Online Instructor, Meghan is first author for our new, high school course, Marine Science: The Dynamic Ocean distributed by Pearson Education. Formerly U.S. Satellite's Director of Curriculum, Meg's research interests are in Ocean Literacy. Currently serving as Associate Professor of Secondary Science Education at Mercy College, she instructs preservice educators in effective education strategies and science content. Meghan is a former NYC science teacher and president of the New York State Marine Education Association (NYSMEA).
