Thank you for your interest in our products and in OASIS Access.
In order to complete the processing of any homeschool customer orders by you, Pearson requires certain additional information and legal representations from you, which you can provide to us by completing the following homeschooler e-affidavit. We require a legally binding homeschooler e-affidavit prior to your submitting an order. We will save your Shopping Cart and you will be able to access it as soon as we receive this e-affidavit and send you your user id and pin. We apologize if this delays processing of your order, but as a homeschool educator we are sure you appreciate that Pearson must take all necessary steps to prevent our teachers’ editions, solutions manuals and testing materials (";Teacher Only Materials";) from being made indiscriminately available. You should be aware that the promises you make below are legally binding and of the utmost importance to Pearson’s and your own educational mission

Home Educator REPRESENTATIONS AND PROMISES

As a homeschool educator, I agree that it is of the utmost importance to Pearson and to the academic community generally that Pearson’s Teacher’s Editions, Solutions Manuals and other testing materials (“Teacher Only Materials) not be made available to anyone except teachers and homeschool educators. I acknowledge that Pearson holds these proprietary materials closely, and I agree that I will not make these Teacher Only Materials available to students, that I am purchasing these materials to use with homeschool students under my direct supervision and I will under no circumstances copy and/or resell or otherwise distribute or make available these Teacher Only Materials.

I am aware that Pearson must take all necessary steps to prevent the indiscriminate availability of its Teacher Only Materials, and that the promises I make herein are contractual conditions of sale between Pearson Education and me respecting any Teacher Only Materials I purchase, and constitute a legally binding agreement between me and Pearson, enforceable by Pearson through formal legal action.
