ELLIS Academic is the perfect solution for the diverse needs of your ELL classroom. The optional Native Language Support, available in Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese (Cantonese), Haitian-Creole, and Hmong, translates lesson instructions, phrases from video sequences and new vocabulary words. This functionality is slowly reduced as students gain target language independence and adds student autonomy to the learning process.

ELLIS Academic placement tools will allow you to easily gauge each student’s current English proficiency and will recommend a placement within the four ELLIS Academic Modules.
Technology-driven content delivery will allow each student to self-pace through the modules to ensure mastery of skill objectives as he or she moves toward target language independence.
