At each phase of instruction students have different options to ensure they are on-track, and on-target. Some of these are as simple as a quick question in the Student Edition - Checkpoint – that ensure students understand what they are reading before moving on. Other options are:
Section Assessments – In the print version of each section in the student text, a Section Assessment provides a quick review mechanism to ensure students understand what they are learning. These always move from the concrete (terms and names) to the abstract (critical thinking) to ensure students “get it” before they move on. In the digital courseware, students have additional options to choose from including an interactive Know it, Show it quiz.
Special Features - Throughout the program ask students to think critically at point of use.
Our fully digital programs and ebooks provide cutting-edge online instruction with a seamless transition from the textbook, allowing students to complete assignments, access videos and activities, and take online tests and remediation.
