Firefox and Chrome Users: You cannot sign in or view courses using Firefox or Chrome browsers.

Safari Users: After the July 2011 release of Safari 5.1, users who install Safari 5.1 may experience issues with course functionality and may be required to revert back to Safari 5.0.5 to complete their course work. Pearson is working to offer full support for Safari 5.1 in the Fall of 2011.

AOL and AT&T Yahoo Users: You cannot view courses using the AOL or AT&T Yahoo browsers. You can, however, use AOL or AT&T Yahoo as your Internet Service Provider to access the Internet, and then open the Internet Explorer browser within AOL or AT&T Yahoo to access your course.

Additional System Requirements

For some courses, you must enable ActiveX in your browser. See your browser Help for instructions on how to change the browser security settings or to add the course URL to your list of trusted sites.

Additional Software for Certain Courses

Select products feature "Speak and Record" activities that require a software plugin from Wimba.

A Note About Hardware Requirements
