Common Core Transition Kits

Pearson is committed to supporting teachers as they transition to a mathematics curriculum that is based on the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics. This commitment includes not just curricular support, but also professional development support to help members of the education community gain greater understanding of the new standards and of the expectations for instruction.

Pearson has developed a Common Core Transition Kit to support the Prentice Hall High School Mathematics ©2011 program. This Transition Kit contains an Overview of the Common Core State Standards, Common Core Correlations and Pacing Guides, and Standards for Mathematical Practice Observational Protocol. This kit also contains the additional Common Core lessons. These lessons offer in-depth coverage of certain standards. With these additional lessons and Pearson’s Prentice Hall Algebra 1 ©2011, you have complete coverage of all of the Common Core State Standards that make up Achieve’s Pathway.
